MASTER JAMAL ALEK / CHEN DEJIA

Shifu Jamal Alek has been studying chinese martial arts for over 35 years, from Wing Chun Kung Fu, Shaolin Kung Fu, Lau Gar Kung Fu, and studied Tai Chi Kung Fu and Qigong fully for over 20 years working with internal energy. Shifu Jamal is an indoor disciple of Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei and a 12th generation direct lineage inheritor of Chen Family Taiji with the given name Chen De Jia 陳德家. He is a senior instructor of Chen Zhenglei Taiji Quan Federation UK, a grading examiner and competition judge for Chen Tai Chi practitioners Worldwide.
Alek Sifu is a full time advance level 7 instructor awarded by Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei. Shifu Jamal is the Managing Director/Principle of Tai Chi Kung Fu Centre in Manchester Uk.

Coach David Bowker has achieved Level 2 instructors certification and has been a truly valued member of the Tai Chi Kung Fu Centre family. As our Assistant Coach, he works closely with our team members to make sure they’re performing to the best of their ability.

Coach Russle Ackers has been a truly valued member of the Tai Chi Kung Fu Centre family. As our assistant coach, he works closely with our student members to make sure they’re performing to the best of their ability, warmly welcoming beginners and helping them to keep on track.

Coach Marienne Yates is a close student of Sifu Jamal Alek and has been a truly valued member of our Sale Tai Chi Club. Marienne works closely with Sifu to make sure students are performing to the best of their ability.

Coach Jenna Robins is a close student of Sifu Jamal Alek, Studying Tai Chi Qigong and Chinese Kung Fu.
With a background and BSc Hons in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and over 20 years clinical experience,
Coach Jenna helps fellow students practice to the best of their ability.
