The Centre teaches and promotes Chen Style Tai Chi, Qigong Health Chinese Kung Fu and Chinese Lion/Dragon Dance.

Our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced students and offers a friendly welcoming atmosphere for you to start or to continue your journey.

We teach the full syllabus from chinese health exercises, foundation training to advance weapon training, performance and competition training.

Offering indoor and online class tuition with seminars workshops student grading and instructor courses throughout the year, we are sure to keep your practice fresh and rewarding.
